Linear Series Bench Top Single Screw Extruders

All electric benchtop single screw extruders available in a range of screw diameters from 12mm through 25mm operating on 120 volt or 240 volt single phase power supplies.

Machines are designed with unique feed designs that can be used with standard polymer pellets. Equipment controls are robust, simple, accurate and allow for data acquisition SPC monitoring.

A comprehensive range of downstream ancillary items include dies, laser gauging,, water baths, pelletisers, cast and blown film take offs etc.

High Torque Bench Top Twin Screw Extruders

Developed to meet the needs of compounders with a wide range of applications, the equipment offers a cost effective solution to high added value and small compound production.
The co-rotating, fully intermeshing, self wiping screws are modular and allow for fully modifiable screw configurations.

Modular, segmented barrels in 5:1 sections allow versions with L/D ratios from 25:1 to 40:1. Barrels segments are horizontally split and hinged for ease of screw removal and process clean down and changeover.

High Torque drive motors 0-600 r.p.m (or 1000 r.p.m available) permit processing of high specific energy products. The gearbox is constructed with ground helical low backlash gears.
With the choice of control via a simple LCD Function Display or Colour Touch Screen setting, the specification can be tailored to suit individual customer requirements with data acquisition options available.

A wide range of upstream and downstream ancillaries is available including face cut pelletising, cast and blown film options, gravimetric feed systems, vacuum devolatilisation etc.
