Meet the Team

Prof. Victoire de Margerie founded Rondol Industrie in 2012. She has 35 years of experience in the industry of materials (metals, plastics, and ceramics) in Canada, France, Germany, the UK, and the USA. She specifically built extrusion plants in Canada and in Germany. She holds a PhD from Université de Paris 2, a Master in Business Administration from HEC Paris, a Master in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris and a Master in Law from Université de Paris 1.

Matthias Verbeet started his career with Rondol in 2012 and has years of experience working part-time with Rondol in project management, sales, and partnership development most specifically in the UK, Germany, Nordic countries and Portugal. He has a Master's Degree in Business/ Finance from Durham University.

Maël Gallas started his career with Rondol in April 2021 as a Pharma Development Engineer. He was promoted to Manager of Quality and Operations in June 2022 and to Global Head of Business Development in June 2024.

He is a Doctor of Pharmacy from Université de Lorraine and holds a Master in DeepTech Entrepreneurship from Université Paris Cité. He is also a last-year PhD student in Materials Science and Engineering.

Kevin Chauvin joined Rondol in June 2022 and started his new role as Operations Manager in June 2024. He started his career in 2014 as an automation engineer working on complex label printing machines. Kevin is a Graduate Engineer from Institut des Sciences et Techniques des Yvelines (Paris-Saclay).

Mélanie Ruiz Pardo joined Rondol in June 2024 as part time Manager Organization and Legal. She previously held a Lawyer position for a leading law firm in Montreal. During her career she has supported many businesses establishing or expanding in Quebec. Melanie holds a Bachelor in Law from Université de Bordeaux and a Master in Law from Université de Montréal. She is an attorney at Paris and Montreal bar. 

Damien started with Rondol in August 2023. He began his accountancy training in 2001, obtaining a Diploma of Higher Accounting and Financial Studies and a Masters in Accounting and Financial Sciences and Techniques at the University of Reims.

Lorraine Marchal joined Rondol in February 2024 as a part time Mechanical Designer in parallel to her studies at Université de Loraine (UL) where she graduated as a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering in June 2025. Lorraine just started her Master in Mechanical Engineeringat Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) and she will continue her part time engagement with Rondol while focusing on customer related engineering projects.

Prior to joining Rondol in November 2024, Martin held engineering and project management positions in both medical devices and railway fields. He is a graduated Electrical Engineer from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées, INSA Lyon.

Celestin Balay joined Rondol in March 2025. He started his career in 2021.
