Matthias Verbeet started his career with Rondol in 2012 and has years of experience working part-time with Rondol in project management, sales, and partnership development most specifically in the UK, Germany, Nordic countries and Portugal. He has a Master's Degree in Business/ Finance from Durham University.

Houcem Smairi came back to Rondol in the UK in November 2021 as Manager Purchasing and Customer Service. He started his career with Rondol in France in 2014 until 2018 and has held various design and engineering management roles at AmberBox Gunshot and Epsilon Heat Exchangers in the UK between 2018 and 2021. Houcem earned his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnical University of Bucarest and has 2 Specialized Masters in Mechanical Design.

Maël Gallas started his career with Rondol in April 2021 as a Pharma Development Engineer. He was promoted to Manager of Quality, Operations and Pharma Development in 2022 and started his current role as Business Development Manager North America and France/Italy in June 2024. He is a Doctor of Pharmacy from Université de Lorraine and has a Specialized Master in Entrepreneurship for Deeptech from Université Paris Cité. He is also a 4th year PhD candidate in materials science and engineering.

Kevin Chauvin joined Rondol in June 2022 and started his new role as Operations Manager in June 2024. He started his career in 2014 as an automation engineer working on complex label printing machines. Kevin is a Graduate Engineer from Institut des Sciences et Techniques des Yvelines (Paris-Saclay).

Siobhan Nuseibeh joined Rondol in January 2024 as part time Marketing Manager. Before this, she led Defense Engagement for the British Embassy in Seoul, and the Oil & Gas trade sector for the British Embassy in Abu Dhabi. Siobhan studied Illustration and Graphic Design at the University of Portsmouth, UK.

Mélanie Ruiz Pardo joined Rondol in June 2024 as part time Manager Organization and Legal. She previously held a Lawyer position for a leading law firm in Montreal. During her career she has supported many businesses establishing or expanding in Quebec. Melanie holds a Bachelor in Law from Université de Bordeaux and a Master in Law from Université de Montréal.

Anthony Cunat started his career with Rondol in October 2022 as a mechanical engineer. He holds an Engineering Master Degree from Polytech Nancy.

Damien started with Rondol in August 2023. He began his accountancy training in 2001, obtaining a Diploma of Higher Accounting and Financial Studies and a Masters in Accounting and Financial Sciences and Techniques at the University of Reims.

Lorraine Marchal started her career with Rondol in February 2024 as an Intern in mechanical design. She studies in parallel to obtain a Bachelor of Technology (BUT) in Mechanical and Production Engineering at the Nancy-Brabois IUT, specializing in Digital Simulation and Virtual Design.

Prior to joining Rondol in November 2024, Martin held engineering and project management positions in both medical devices and railway fields. He is a graduated Electrical Engineer from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées, INSA Lyon.
