We are dedicated to finding solutions for you
We are keen to assist you to use extrusion to improve your products and reduce your overheads, and to help you continuously enhance your use of extrusion through our service program.
Our highly experienced and qualified Rondol Engineers design and build our machines in-house. We offer an extensive range of services; please use our contact page to request more details.
Installation on site
Our engineers can install and set up the machines in your lab, ensuring smooth operation from the outset.
Maintenance of your equipment
All machines need occasional upkeep, and we are always keen to ensure our creations are in the best of health.
Training on your equipment
We can run training sessions for your staff, virtually or on-site, to refresh knowledge and ensure new staff are comfortable with all aspects of operation.
Supply of specific or spare parts
We can provide just-in-case spare parts for a current machine, or new parts for a future project.
Academic Services and Partnerships
We actively collaborate with companies, research institutes, universities, and non-profit organizations to advance our technology and innovations. Our partnerships facilitate the exchange of knowledge, resources, and expertise, driving mutual growth and development.
Please get in touch if you have a partnership proposal or to find out more about what we offer our partners.
Read more about specific case studies with our partners and collaborators in our Case Studies section.

Laboratory trials and shared research
Nancy Laboratory Trials: We offer the possibility of conducting trials on our laboratory vertical extruder in Nancy. These trials allow our partners to experiment and providing data for grant applications in order to acquire the extruder line.
Supporting documents for grants
Grant Applications: We provide comprehensive documentation to support our partners in applying for grants: detailed technical documents, feasibility studies on the extruder, and help for the project proposals if necessary.
Joint Publications: Collaboration efforts often lead to co-authored research publications.
You can find our publications here.
